Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Universalrecords Tree Service wants universalrecords.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make the whole site usable with only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@universalrecords.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@universalrecords.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected to happen
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this website, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Request a callback
Tell us about your tree. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send the request form and a local provider can follow up with a written quote.
