Terms of Use for Universalrecords Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use universalrecords.living and the services offered through it by Universalrecords Tree Service. By browsing the site, calling the number on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Universalrecords Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

Everything on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Please confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing reasons. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@universalrecords.living.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Universalrecords Tree Service or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Responsibility

As far as the law allows, Universalrecords Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
