How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Universalrecords Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Universalrecords Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Universalrecords Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@universalrecords.living and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.

Request a callback
Tell us about your tree. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send the request form and a local provider can follow up with a written quote.
